How can we help?
Email Daniel with a short description of the problem. Include your device model, iOS or browser version, the challenge name, and a screenshot if useful.

Common questions
Password or sign-in
Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. Check spam or junk if the reset email does not arrive.
Manage Apple Health access
Open Profile to set up or sync Apple Health. To change permission later, use the Health app or iPhone Settings. Previously synced activities remain until you delete your account or make a data request.
An Apple Health activity is missing
Open the wearable app first so it writes to Apple Health, then open Profile and choose Sync Apple Health. Confirm the item is a completed run, walk or cycle workout with distance, falls within the challenge dates, and is enabled for that challenge.
Routes and manual activities
Check each start, end and waypoint selection before creating a route. Activities you enter yourself are clearly marked as manual in challenge activity.
Delete your account
Open Profile → Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm. This is permanent and also deletes challenges you organised.
Privacy or challenge integrity
Email us for a personal-data request, safety concern, suspected abuse, or a result you believe is incorrect.
Privacy requests and complaints
To ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to how your information is used, email danieltrevor.dt@gmail.com. Put “Privacy request” in the subject and send it from the email used for your Geolete account where possible. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.
